It’s November again, where did 2021 go? As we’re coming into the season of thankfulness I thought it was important to share something a little different. Because even I could use the reminder to be grateful for all the blessings that have come into my life. We all know that life isn’t always easy and we can’t expect to be grateful for everything that happens in our lives. But there are plenty of things you can do to practice gratitude throughout your day.

Gratitude, as we all know, is a powerful and positive emotion. It can help you live a happier life and it’s often the first step to achieving success in any area of your life. And yet, we tend to take gratitude for granted-or worse, forget about it altogether.

Keeping a gratitude journal will help you refocus your mind on the good things in life and it’s also proven to make you happier overall. You can do this by carrying around a notebook with you throughout your day. Or keep it by your bedside and every night write down three things that you’re grateful for from the day.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed out, try practicing gratitude to help improve your mood and mental state. It’s almost like a superpower, which you can use whenever you want and it’s free!

Studies have shown that people who practice gratitude experience reduced anxiety and depression symptoms, improved mental health and well-being, better sleep quality, and enhanced social relationships with others.

Here are some ideas on how you can practice gratitude:

·          Think about what went right

·          Make a list of things that you know for certain to be true (it works best if the list is short)

·          Write down three good things that happened each day

·          When someone does something nice for you, take a moment to acknowledge them and thank them for their kindness

·          Say something positive every time you catch yourself thinking negatively about someone

An “attitude of gratitude” is the act of recognizing and appreciating what one has, even in difficult times.

And since we’re in November and we all know it’s around the corner… make sure you’re on the list to find out all about our Black Friday sale. Its going to be better than ever before! Sign up here!
